1. Agreement
By accessing or using Labor Together, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Intended use
Labor Together is a private timing, organization, and communication aid for a person in labor and a support partner. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnostic tool, emergency service, or substitute for professional judgment.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for protecting account access, invite codes, devices, and private Shortcut credentials, and for activity performed through your account.
4. Household sharing
Information entered in a Labor Together household is visible to its authenticated members. Share an invite code only with the intended person. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before entering another person’s information.
5. Medical and emergency responsibilities
Always follow the maternity provider’s instructions. Contact the provider or emergency services directly when needed. Do not delay care or rely on contraction patterns, notifications, acknowledgements, app availability, or support responses to make urgent medical decisions.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, access another household without authorization, interfere with operation or security, reverse engineer protected components except where law permits, upload unlawful content, or use the service to harm or deceive another person.
7. Availability and changes
We work to make Labor Together reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally compatible service. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Users should maintain direct communication and offline access to essential phone numbers and instructions.
8. Ownership and license
Luna.Tech and its licensors own the service, design, software, branding, and related intellectual property. We grant users a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to use Labor Together in accordance with these terms.
9. User content
You retain rights in information you enter. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that information to provide and protect the service.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Labor Together is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of medical suitability, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna.Tech will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; delayed communication; medical decisions; or service interruption arising from use of Labor Together. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not fully apply.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and hold Luna.Tech harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use, breach of these terms, or violation of another person’s rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for security risks, unlawful use, material breach, or discontinuation of the service.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Indiana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
15. Apple terms
When a native iOS version is distributed through the App Store, Apple’s standard end-user license agreement will apply unless a custom EULA is provided in App Store Connect. Apple is not responsible for providing Labor Together support.
